The staff was friendly and helpful. Leon and david were especially helpful. the reception is open 24/7, convenient. the staff allowed an early check-in at 1 pm. there is luggage storage available.

i arrived for the christmas markets and the location was great. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. i also liked the seating area in reception.
the room was very small for the price i paid. there was no coffee machine or mini bar. breakfast was very chaotic and busy, with no one to greet me. there were also no tables available.

Acceptable but Flawed Experience

The room felt quite basic. I found it annoying that there were no tea or coffee facilities. There were also very few sockets available to charge devices. The breakfast setup wasn't ideal either. I had to eat at an low table while sitting on an armchair since there were no suitable tables available. I found this uncomfortable.
